I have a discount code/scratch code, but when I enter it I get an error message saying “Discount coupon is either invalid or expired”
Please make sure that the discount code entered is exactly the same as the one printed or given to you without any change in the characters/numbers/spaces.
I was trying to make a booking but my payment failed. When I try to rebook the tickets, the seats show as blocked in the layout. How is this possible if my payment was not successful?
In the case of an unsuccessful transaction, the seats get blocked in the system for 10 minutes and are then released automatically. In case they are unavailable event after 10 minutes, the same seats could have been blocked by another registrant
